People do not stop training because the planwas wrong. They stop because logging it isa chore.
The client had years of coaching knowledge and a library of exercise footage, but it lived in PDFs and a video channel. Members would follow a plan for a fortnight, lose track of what weight they lifted last time, and drift away.
Existing tracker apps assumed you already knew what to do. The brief was an app that teaches the movement and records the set in the same two taps, usable with one sweaty hand between sets.
What we built
EXERCISE LIBRARY
450 exercises, each with a video that loads before you need it
Every exercise shows the movement on a short loop with cues for form. Videos are cached ahead of the session, so the app works in a basement gym with no signal.
LOGGING
Two taps to record a set
The app pre fills your last weight and reps for that exercise, so a normal set is one tap to confirm. Rest timers start themselves and nudge you when it is time for the next set.

PROGRESS
Charts that answer one question: am I getting stronger
Instead of a dashboard of numbers, each exercise has a simple line for the weight you move and a summary of your best month. It is the part users mention most in reviews.
A signature detail
Caching video so a basement gym feels like it has full signal
Most gyms have terrible reception, which is fatal for a video led app. We pre fetch the clips for the whole session the moment a workout is opened, at a quality chosen from the connection at that moment, and keep the last used sessions on the device. The user never sees a loading spinner mid set.
Workout opened
App lists the exercises for the session.
Clips pre fetched
Quality picked from the current connection.
Kept on device
Recent sessions stay cached for repeat use.
Offline set logging
Sets sync when signal returns, never blocking the workout.
Thirty minutes on a call and you leave with a build plan, a timeline and the plan that fits. No obligation, and we will tell you if we are the wrong team for it.
